Now this is what I call a torte!! This is super easy and a great blend of flavors - not too sweet as well. I used homemade canned plums ("Spiced Italian Plums (Prunes) in Port")which held up quite nicely. I took the syrup from the canned plums, added some corn starch thickening it up to use as a syrup to drizzle on top. The only change I will make to this is to pack in as many plums as I can. Thanks for a great addition to my recipe book.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Cheesehead! This was wonderful, what a great recipe. This delicious dish was quick and easy to make and it tasted just out of this world. A lovely way to tantalize one's tastebuds. A sweet, tart, pretty plum torte with a hint of cinnamon.
