Sticky Pineapple Ribs

Recipe #20496 | 2 hours | 20 min prep | SERVES 4 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: Yvonne Sapach

I like this recipe because you don't have to preboil the ribs. I received the recipe from a friend.

DS gave this a 5-star thumbs up on the second bite and said, "We have to make this again!" DH and I also liked it and we will be making it again. It was a very easy recipe to fix also - which I love.

Simply delicious! I followed the recipe to a "T". I did, however, alter the cooking instructions. Baked them at 350 covered for 1 hour, then turned the oven to 300 and baked for another hour. Our guests enjoyed them as much as we did and asked for the recipe. Thanks for posting!

These are the best! Sweet, savoury, sticky, finger-lickin' good and easy to prepare. I didn't have any apricot jam, so I substituted with plum jam, with awesome results.
