Simple Horseradish Sauce

A friend of mine served this with Prime Rib for a holiday party, and I stole her recipe! It is so, so simple and simply fantastic. I served it with my Christmas Dinner prime rib, and also on Christmas Eve with Sauerkraut Balls.
SERVES 16
Ingredients
- 16 ounces light sour cream
- 3-4 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

Blend ingredients, adding more or less horseradish and salt to taste.
