A very sweet and tropical iced tea. I scaled this down to just one serving to try it out... I thought the mango flavor complimented the pineapple juice very well. I did use some sweet tea I had in the fridge, so my tea turned out a tad too sweet...so next time I will definitely use unsweetened tea to start with. I did add a splash of lemon juice and that seemed to cut some of the sweetness and also brighten up all the flavors. Thanks for a great alternative to plain iced tea!!!

I used orange spiced tea and sweetened pineapple juice. I didn't need to add sugar/sweetener, but some of my friends added 1 packet of Splenda per glass. Very good! Very refreshing.

Made for PAC, Spring 07 ~ I was fully intending to make this with canned pineapple chunks, then found a nice, fresh pineapple instead! I made this recipe as indicated, except that I garnished each drink with a pineapple chunk, a lemon slice AND a kiwi slice [couldn't brink myself to ruin the uniqueness of the kiwi slice]! What a big hit for such a refreshing drink! Thanks, 'daughter,' for the great recipe!
