My favorite holiday cookie - my standard for cookie exchanges

SERVES 30 , 60 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Beat butter 30 seconds.

    Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. 3
    Add egg and extracts.
  4. 4
    Gradually add dry ingredients.
  5. 5
    Do not chill.
  6. 6
    Separate dough and color if desired.
  7. 7
    Force dough through cookie press.
  8. 8
    May also sprinkle with colored sugars before baking.

    Bake at 400 degrees.

    7-8 minutes.
