Ingredients

  • tablespoons oil
  • lbs beef chuck
  • cup onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • dash pepper
  • tablespoons flour
  • cup water
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • teaspoon vinegar
  • teaspoon dry mustard
  • teaspoon brown sugar
  • teaspoons salt
  • cups water
  • lb elbow macaroni
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Cut beef into 1-inch pieces and brown in oil.
    2. 2
      Add onions and garlic.
    3. 3
      Mix catsup, Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Add to beef.

      Add water and stir.
    5. 5
      Cover and simmer 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

      Thicken with flour and water.

      Cook noodles according to package directions.

      Add to beef mixture.
