Cooked this last night, perfect for a weeknight meal the only thing I had to pick up from the store was some pesto. I seasoned the chicken w/salt pepper before cooking and added a little homemade chicken rub, I used shell pasta, once the dish was cooked I tasted an thought it needed something we like things spicy here in the south west so I tossed in about 3-4 tablespoons of cayenne pepper an mixed it up. Wowza delish dish, my hubby loved it, will keep in file what a keeper thanks so much!!

Easy comfort food meal for us. I had some cooked italian sausages that I sliced up and used instead of the chicken, and I only had about 1/4 cup pesto so that's all we used. I know it would be much more flavorful if I had used the full amount, and I will next time. Great for a busy nite after work. Thanks.

I followed this exactly as directed (even used the Classico Pesto). At first I found it to be rather bland, but once it cooled down, the flavours really came out. I enjoyed it much more semi-cold (I assume because the flavours got to meld together). I bet this would be amazing the second day! My DH says a definite keeper. I'll make this again but I'll make it ahead, then reheat.

This was very good! Even my picky kids told me I need to make this again! I it exactly as the recipe stated . . . next time, I'll add 1 tsp. of minced garlic for added flavor. Very easy!! Thank you!
