All I have to say, is that I'm obsessed with this recipe... I've never tasted better fudge! It's so good... although it's VERY sweet and VERY rich! Prep time includes chill time.

I followed this recipe exactly, and it would not set. It is this messy, runny goo. It tastes good, but I think I'll use less butter and see how that works.

This was the best tasting "STUFF" I've ever made, however, it was not FUDGE! I followed the recipe exactly and got a runny mess that would not set! My DH used it as an icecream topping but as far as setting up and being able to cut pieces, I was not!

I have used this basic recipe for years with variations for different flavors. My all time favorite is peanut butter fudge. Simply reduce the butter by half and replace the cocoa with peanut butter. Avoid the cheap brands as they are usually too oily!
