I actually won a cash prize in our local paper for this recipe. My husband and I will eat the whole thing ourselves - make several if you're having guests. If someone you love doesn't care for cauliflower, this may be the ticket!

I used a brocciflower (broccoli/cauliflower) and baked it in the oven for an hour. It was easy and delicious. I would use this recipe again. I added some extra seasonings such as garlic powder. Great recipe!

This was a great side dish to our grilled steaks! I used olivio in place of the butter, added some pepper and garlic. We will be making this one often. SO was worried because he said he didnt like cauliflower.....he does now!

FABULOUS!!! I went easy on the butter, and added a little garlic powder and ground black pepper. So simple, yet so good!!! Can't wait to make this for summer BBQ's!! Thanks! ~Manda
