Banana Pudding

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Heat milk in pot to 170°F.

    In bowl mix eggs,flour, vanilla and sugar in separate container.
  3. 3
    Add sugar mixture to milk cook until custard-like, stirring constantly.
  4. 4
    Spread Wafers cookies on bottom of baking pan.
  5. 5
    Slice bananas and place over Wafers.
  6. 6
    Pour custard over cookies and bananas
  7. 7
    Let cool.
  8. 8
    Spread Cool Whip over top.
