These were really good, But I thought they had way too much butter in them. (it all melted down my liners and made the muffins really greasy. ) The Banana taste is excellent, and everyone else loved them too, so hence the 5 star rating. I just wont use as much butter next time... Thanks for posting this nice recipe, Nut!

Pretty tasty muffins. I halved the recipe (only 1 banana) and added pecans. It made 7 pretty good size muffins. My streusel didn't turn out so well...the butter wasn't cold, so it ended up kind of softening up together, so was hard to crumble on top. But still tasted great. Oh, and had to sub vanilla yogurt for the sour cream. Very moist, mine even had to cook another 10 minutes. Thanks for posting!

These muffins are delicious. I cut the amount of butter in half and used half whole wheat flour and half white flour and they were great! My kids (8 and 5) loved them too! Will be making these again!

YUMMY! I halved the butter in the batter, halved the streusel topping, and used plain fat free yogurt instead of the sour cream. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
