Excellent grilled cheese, but so filling. I could only eat about a fourth of it. I used Italian bread and the directed cheese, but sliced my tomatoes instead of chopping them and used red onion in place of the green because that was what I had. Loved it. Kind of messy, but that didn't hamper DH from eating 1 3/4 sandwiches (His and mine) Thanks Lainey for another great recipe.

Great sandwich. I had to lighten the fat content so I used fat free cheeses and gave the bread a light spray of Pam instead of using the butter. For me, the result was a really wonderful, satisfying lunch. Quick to make and a real winner in my book. Thanks Lainey!

Can't go wrong with cheese and tomatoes!! Used mozzarella, cheddar and swiss cheese. Also added a pickle. Thanks Lainey!
