Sorry to be the minority here but these were just OK for us. I followed the recipe exactly as written. We thought the sauce was weird looking which wouldn't have mattered to me but of course my kids complained. The sauce was really lumpy like a previous reviewer stated. It tasted OK, neither good or bad. My chops were also very dry. These are very easy to make and are made with ingredients I normally have on hand. Not sure what could be done to make the sauce better. Obviously there are others that love these- so give them a try. They just weren't to our liking.

My family loved them even though the sauce turned out lumpy. I will be making them again anyway because they were so tasty. Thanks for sharing!

After browsing through a lot of your wonderful recipes, I found this one. I had all of the ingredients on hand, and I was rushed a little for time. This dish was wonderful, and yes, even DH loved it!! It was easy, and because I baked it, I had time to finish other things for the dinner. We really did like this dish a lot. Too bad Wee Tam and The Big Huge didn't make it, I am sure he would have liked it as much as we did.
