This is a very tasty one pot meal. The kids really love this one. We make it a lot.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In dutch oven heat oil, cook onions and peppers.
  2. 2
    Add hamburger, cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. 3
    Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT macaroni.
  4. 4
    Bring to a boil.
  5. 5
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6
    Add macaroni.
  7. 7
    Mix well.

    Great recipe!!Instead of elbow macaroni I used krinkly egg noodles and I also added a couple a splashes of worerstershire sauce.I even impressed my hungry man husband!Thanks.

    Another keeper recipe to add to my new-found cooking skills binder! I used whole grain pasta, 1 can stewed tomatoes and 1 diced. I left off the green pepper. It is really tasty. It makes alot so I may cut the recipe in half next time for the 2 of us.
