Café Orange Mocha

Recipe #189729 | 8 min | 2 min prep | SERVES 2 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: Annacia

I love cinnamon and chocolate! Those two ingredients will improve anything and coffee is no exception. Cooking is coffee brewing time. For ZWT coffee and chocolate are both Mexican products.

Best served in bed by a loving husband...I did add some Splenda to satisfy my sweet tooth but otherwise, Annacia, this was a great eye opener. Made this for ZWT3

Nice treat to sip on while you are checking out recipes on Zaar! I loved the cinnamon with the coffee and the whip cream. I had hoped for a more pronounced orange flavor. I think next time I might add a drop of orange extract. Thanks for the treat Annacia!

I loved the combination of orange and cinnamon, added to the coffee, chocolate and whipped cream. The orange flavour was very subtle, next time I will add orange rind to the whipped cream for a stronger flavour, then sprinkle with cinnamon, for garnish. I also added a cinnamon stick to the coffee while brewing, I always try to use fresh cinnamon instead of ground, if possible. Thanks so much for sharing Annacia.

Chocolate, coffee and orange - how could this be anything other than wonderful! When I brew my coffee, I put 2 cinnamon sticks in the filter basket so no extra was needed. I did splash in some orange syrup to up the orange-quotient & doused liberally with whipped cream. This was like dessert and coffee in a mug! A real keeper of a recipe! Thanks!
