I seen the review for this during PAC and the picture is actually what grabbed my attention. I made this for a quick lunch for DH and I, and it was wonderful. I didn't have the beef bouillon powder, so I just omitted it, but I had all the other ingredients on hand. It turned out great. Thanks for a great recipe.

Wouldn't change a thing on this recipe. (Had only to sub shell pasta for the elbow as that's what I have on hand.) Loved how easy it was to make & thought the amount of seasoning was right on. I am one to add garlic to anything & may next time for fun, but it doesn't need it. Thanks for a keeper L. and T. mom! Made, enjoyed & reviewed for Pick-A-Chef Spring 2008.

Quick and easy recipe that we enjoyed. I added some minced garlic along with the onion when browning the ground round and used petite diced tomatoes. I did omit the 1/2 teaspoon of salt as the flavor was fine for us without it. This has a stew type texture with a nice tangy tomato based sauce. Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef adopted baby.
