Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

Super easy and delicious. I love crock pot cooking during my busy weekdays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • teaspoon dry mustard
  • teaspoon seasoning salt
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 thick cut pork chop
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • cup white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • Directions

    1. 1
      In a shallow dish, mix flour, dry mustard, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
    2. 2
      Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    3. 3
      Dredge chops in flour mixture, then place them in the skillet, and sear both sides.
    4. 4
      Place in chops into crock pot.
    5. 5
      Lay sliced onions over top of chops.
    6. 6
      Mix together the wine, soup and garlic and pour over all.

      Cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on the amount and size of your chops.

    This was very good! I was a little worried that the wine would be overwhelming but it wasn't at all. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks!

    These were great!! I used 6 reg sliced chops and cooked on high for 4 hours. Will make again! Thanks SS Dumplin
