Brain Hemorrhage

Recipe #188012 | 2 min | 2 min prep | SERVES 1 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: NcMysteryShopper

This is a fun shot that is sure to get some funny looks. The schnapps curdles the Irish cream and the result looks like a brain floating in your shot glass. The grenadine adds the hemorrhage affect. It actually tastes good too! Great for Halloween! PS - the texture of the drink is suppose to resemble a brain....so yes, it is a gross texture! LOL!

Very fun and tasty concoction! I only wish I'd gotten a picture of my animated butler serving them up at my Halloween party! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

This is such a fun shot...BUT this person forgot to mention that you have to FREEZE a spoon (hold in ice for a few minutes), and then slowsly pour the baileys over the back of the frozen spoon into the shot glass. Otherwise, the chemical reaction won't occur properly and you'll just end up with a brown shot. So tasty and not overwhelmingly boozy.

omg i LOVE this shot its soo good we've been making them for AWHILE. and the other person is wrong you do not have to freeze a spoon. if the alcohol is cold it will work just fine. no need to freeze the spoon believe me i've done it a million times!
