Forget the diet with this one!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Fry sausages until crisp and brown. Drain of most of the fat.

    Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt, and milk. Pour batter over sausages in frying pan.

    Bake in 450F oven for 15 minutes, then in 350F oven for 1 minute. Turn out onto platter.

    Serve piping hot.
