Is there anything you can't cook? I made these the other night, expecting that if it came from you, it Had to be good! Well, you didn't disappoint this time either! I followed it to the letter, and it was hard keeping them long enough to get to the table! I served them as a side dish, and they easily could've been the main star! Thanks again for posting a true winner. Will always check in to see more of your "goodies"!!

I used Hy's seasoning salt, and the flavor was not what I want. I also used plain onions, and I think the green onions would be more flavorful. I definitely like soaking the potatoes. I will soak them longer next time. I would have given 4 stars, except I didn't really follow your recipe to the letter. Thanks!

We just ate in an authentic German restaurant and had latkes - so my husband was dying for me to make some at home. I mixed these up - omitting the parsley - and before I got them to the table, he had eaten half of them - and then complained there weren't enough for dinner!! Guess I'll be making these again - thanks Kittencal!

This is how I like my Potato Cakes..and have been making them like this since I can remember. Yummy. Can't beat this recipe. I usually use the salt..I like your idea of cayenne pepper and garlic powder. I love garlic anyway and will have to try that. As usual another good one! Thanks for writing it's a winner!
