Worked well for Almost White Castle Hamburgers. Love that I can control the ingredients. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Great to find a recipe like this that is measure out for 1 packet. After making one batch and finding it so successful I have made up a larger quantity to keep on hand. Now I have onion soup mix that is nice and cheap and I know exactly what is in it!

Great recipe. I used 2 tsp of beef Better than Bouillon instead of the granules as we avoid MSG and has worked well in every recipe I've used it in.

Whipped this up last night to make my own onion dip, an ingredient I needed to finish off cookCol's Loaded Potato Casserole. Like Bekah, I'll be mixing up a bigger batch to keep in the pantry. TFS Chef Dee!
