This is really good! I added a minced clove of garlic a minute before adding the liquids to give it a bit of fragrance. I also kept it on the stove top, bringing the heat down to it's lowest and putting a lid on. Leave for fifteen minutes then fluff and serve. Delicious. Also some toasted almonds on top make it. I think next time I would use fresh herbs instead and stir them in at the very end before serving. Thanks for a great recipe!

My family loves rice and are not to fond of celery so I doubled the amount of rice but kept the celery amount the same. I didnt have any onion on hand so I left it out and I only had 3 cups of broth on hand so I used water for the rest. I cooked this in a 9x12 dish and it barely held the amount of water so I put the dish in the oven and then poured the water in so I wouldn't have to pick it up and risk spilling it everywhere. I cant say that I could even tell that the celery was in there but my dd asked whats in the rice and I told her Herbs and she said Its wonderful! I served it with oven baked garlic chicken and crock pot yams. It was very tasty my fam loved it. Thanks for a super tasty easy recipe!

I will be preparing this rice dish again!! I didn't change a thing in Miss Nezz's recipe and won't in the future. It is perfect as is. I served the rice pilaf as a side dish to grilled pork chops. Mmmh...
