This was good. I thought it was missing something, but overall really good.

Elly made this for a Zaar get together. I missed out. My wife raved about it, so I hade to make it to see what all the hubbub was about. What a wonderful pie. Not to sweet allowing the natural flavor of the peaches to come through. The hardest part was peeling the peaches.

We had this a recent Zaar get-together, baked by the chef herself. What an absolutely delicious pie! I can still taste its lusciousness in my mind! I like that it isn't really sweet as I usually cut the sugar in my baked goods in half. It would be awesome topped with whipped cream or a really good vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt for me.)
