If you are a fan of hazelnut flavored coffee you will love this recipe. Amarula is an African liqueur made from the marula fruit; it lends a creamy caramel flavor to this coffee. It is usually sold along side Kahlua in the liquor store. Great for after dinner and the flavors are light enough to ensure all your guests will enjoy! You and your friends will love this one!

I didn't garnish with the nuts, but totally enjoyed this hot beverage. Loved all ingredients and they are so wonderful together! Gotta have the whipped cream!

Wow! is this good. My two personal favourite liquers, Amarula & Frangelico in one drink. This is wonderful. For my coffee I used fresh ground Kona beans, light whipped cream and I garnished it with ground hazelnuts. This is my all time favourite coffee drink to date. Thanks so much for sharing NCMS. A new girls weekend coffee that I'll be making often. I got so excited when I saw this recipe that I made it out of tag, I couldn't wait and it certainly didn't disappoint...Kudos Kato

Cheryl, you've done it again. I just happened to have the Amarula and Frangelico in the wee airline size bottles and have been sorta wondering for a time what to do with them. This is no longer a question (slurp). The booze seems to counter the coffee's caffeine quite well and I had a lovely sleep last night. I topped it with some finely ground pecans and enjoyed it a lot.
