Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried red beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried pinto bean
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried lentil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried black-eyed peas
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried black bean
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried navy beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dried great northern beans

    • Directions

      Combine all the ingredients together.

      Store tightly covered in an a large glass container.
    3. 3
      Use desired amount in soup recipes.
    4. 4
      The beans will have to soak overnight in water before using.

    No stars because you just end up with 7 lbs of mixed beans in a storage container and the soup you get will depend on what you make. Thats a lot of future bean soup, lol. I'll be making some of this mix into bean soup with ham at sometime after Christmas. It looks pretty and it is cheaper that buying those little packages.
