I muddled half the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass, then added limoncello (instead of lemon syrup), sparkling water and more mint. I like this drink because it is sweet but not overly so. The mint is what makes it so fresh-tasting and refreshing.

This drink is fantastic! So light and refreshing! Who needs soda? I probably added more lemon syrup than was specified, but it turned out great. I used Perrier sparkling water and mint leaves from my garden. Thanks so much for sharing this great drink, Sharon!

Wow Sharon...this is great. What a refreshing drink. I used chocolate mint and club soda, as that was all I had on hand...they worked great with the lemon syrup. I will be making this often this summer. A new favourite drink for me to share with family & friends. Kudos
