This was a very easy recipe to follow and only made a few changes. I got some grilled chicken from the frozen section and microwaved it and also put in 4 cloves of garlic (becuz we like garlic). Also used a quesadilla maker instead of the oven... Anyway they came out great, Thank You very much! Will definately make again!

My kiddies just loved this. I also added cooked cube chicken as well. Served ours with lettuce, tomato, more cheese and salsa on top. Looked just as good as it tasted! Thx for the post! This will quickly become a weekly regular at our house!

These were very good! Quick and easy. I cooked the onions and peppers separately due to family preferences and everybody put their own together. Worked great!

This is quick, easy and tasty and sure to be a regular on the menu at our house. I've made it twice now, cutting the filling in half and using four spicy salsa tortillas (two serves) with low fat sour cream & salsa to serve. The first time I used half Vegetarian Red Leicester and half veg low fat cheese, and today I used regular veg cheddar (Red Rubicon). I also used the full amount of olives today, and while both meals were great, today's was probably slightly better. Last time I sprayed some light olive oil on the outside of the uppermost tortillas before baking, but found this crisped them a little too much. Thanks for a terrific recipe!
