Mmm these were so yummy, i love yam fries and never realized how easy they were to make at home! Mine were nice and soft with a bit of crispness around the edges. I will make these again!

I made these tonight and they were awesome. The only thing I did differently was put the potatoes in a ziploc bag and then add the seasonings and old and shake to cover. I used parchment paper, which made cleanup a breeze! They were not "crunchy crispy," but had a nice texture. Thanks for posting!

These had a very nice taste, but the texture was much more like potato wedges, than fries. I will probably make them again - knowing that they don't pack a fry-like crunch.
