I thought cottage cheese on bread sounded really weird, but this is REALLY good! I used one piece of toasted wheat bread, and I followed everything else to the letter, just piling everything on one piece of bread. I would've never concocted this myself, but I will definitely be having it for breakfast more often. Thanks for posting it, Manda!

Was sitting here looking at recipes and knowing I needed to get up to get something to eat and I looked at the menu I have for my daughter and saw this. I just got done eating this and I loved it!!! Easy, simple and lots of flavor. I heard on the Ellen show that cinnamon is good for you, so I have been using it a lot more. This is a great way to add it. Thanks Manda for coming up with such a great creation

this recipie was delicious!! At first I thought it sounded a little strange, so I tried it before I fixed it for my 8 year old daughter and loved it, so I fixed it for her, and she loved it too!! TRY IT!!! Sherrill Tello

I am always looking for new ideas for breakfast, especially those that are low fat & filling. I bought oat bran English muffins as I couldn't find whole wheat. Give this one a try — I never thought of cottage cheese as a breakfast food, but this was very good! -M
