Recipe #174448 | 10 min | 10 min prep | SERVES 4 -6 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: Cookin-jo

The dressing for this salad is different than others in that it contains no oil, only mayo. Light mayo and Splenda may be substituted. From my local newspaper Recipe Swap column.

I made this for my Mom and grandmother for mother's day. It was so easy and the best salad I have had in a long long time! I agree 3 Tbsp. of sugar was plenty. thanks for a good recipe. Will make again!

This made a fabulous lunch! I especially loved the dressing and the poppy seeds gave it a little crunch. All the flavors complimented each other so well. Thank you cookin-jo! I'm so glad I adopted you for PAC!
