I made this casserole for a special dinner for special friends and they raved over it. The sauce was a wee bit thin but that may have been my fault measuring the flour. In any case the flavor alone makes it a 5 star recipe. I could not get any lobster so I increased the prawns & scallops. It looks like a lot of cheese when you shred it but the flavor of the sauce is perfect with all of it in there. Thanks Parsley for a recipe that made me, in the eyes of my friends, a star cook!
