This was really tasty and can be quite versitile. I used chicken thighs and marinated for about 5 hours. I added some cayenne for heat. It wasn't grill weather, so I put my chicken in a small roasting pan and surrounded it with onion and bell pepper slices, and pineapple chunks. I let it cook at 350 for almost an hour and a half and it was super tasty. Very flavorfull and moist chicken and loved the pineapple flavors. Yum.

A wonderful marinade full of flavor. After marinating the chicken breasts for 24 hours, I sliced them for stir-fry with vegetables and rice. We'll try them grilled when the weather is nicer.

This marinade totally rocks!! I used bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts and because of dietary restrictions I used low-sodium soy sauce and replaced the garlic salt with garlic powder. The meat was tender and juicy and the skin crisp and delicious! YUM!
