Found it in jewishfood-list.com. Its a super easy snack. Post for ZWT 2006.

SERVES 5 , 18 pieces (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. 2
    Cut bread lengthwise into 1/2" thich slices, then lay slices flat and cut into 1/2" wide lengths about 7" to 8" long.
  3. 3
    Lay on baking sheet lined with foil and brush the breas with butter.
  4. 4
    Mix all the other ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle carefully onto bread sticks and press slightly.
  5. 5
    Bake 7-8 minutes then turn over and bake for 4-5 minutes more.

These are actully like a giant crouton! I baked mine on an air-convection oven so they turned out quite crispy, I did omitted the poppy seeds, thanks Katia!...Kitten

    I enjoyed this easy recipe alot. The breadsticks were slightly sweet and savory at the same time. Loved the seeds! I will do this again. Thanks katia!
