Directions

    Salt flounder fillets lightly, sprinkle with lemon juice and let stand.

    Dip in milk, roll in bread crumbs.

    Fry either in oil or in lightly buttered skillet.

    Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

    Serve hot or cold.
