My family LOVES this salad, I make often in the summer with sweet cherry tomatoes from my garden, feel free to adjust all ingredient amounts and add in other ingeredints also, you can sub feta for Parmesan, use your favorite Caesar dressing or use my Kittencal's Famous Caesar Salad. Prep time does not include cooking the tortellini.

YUM! Took this to a beach bbq over the weekend and everyone enjoyed it. I was lazy and used bottled dressing (fat free too), and it was still wonderful. I loved the texture of the soft tortellini against the crisp romaine. Thanks for another winner, Kitten!

We had this with our Super Bowl Sunday Buffet. I served it salad bar style. I used a whole wheat tortellini and a bottled Caesar Dressing. I freshly grated the parmesan in the food processer and let my guests put it together according to their taste. It got rave reviews. This one is going in my Zarr Super Stars Cook Book. Thank you!
