This was really good. I am vegetarian so I substituted the sirloin with ground meat alternative and beef broth with veggie broth. "Twas still fabulous, thanks!

So very very yummy! I used sugared almonds. fresh red pepper in place of the pickled ones, dark rasins in place of golden, apricot preserves and balsamic vinegar in place of the chutney. Seems like a lot but its very easy and so vert tasty. I did use a medium - hot curry.This can easily serve 6 people.

Oh God was this ever good, I did make a few changes to this recipe and a couple of amount adjustments. I used 5 eggs and baked this in one large oval baking dish in place of 4 mini omelets which worked out fine for me. Great recipe with tons of taste, thanks Kel!...Kitten
