I make this w/ Green Magma. Sometimes I add some yogurt. Very healthy !

I also used the Amazing Grass powder from Whole Foods. I used 1 tablespoon of flax oil because I did not have any flax seeds. Don't let the color fool you, this really is tasty! And healthy!!! Thanks Rita!

I used "Amazing Grass" brand wheat grass powder from whole foods. It was about half the price of "Green Vibrance". I put the flax seeds in the blender first and hit "grind" for about a minute then added the rest. It looks weird but I love this stuff and it is sooooo healthy. Thanks Rita!
