I used white/brown rice flour and added Parmesan cheese. Tasted awesome but the sauce didn't turn out for me. I think I burnt it??

I used lemon soles, and this was a good, practical and tasty dish. Thank you.

Very good, easy and fast! I used rice flour to get an even brown without overcooking the fish and only a dash of salt. Excellent dinner! Thanks for sharing!

My grocery store did not have any sole filets, so I used Tilapia. The simple recipes always seem to be the best. We enjoyed this very much. Added a small handful of sliced almonds to the butter and sauteed them before adding the lemon juice. Wonderful! Thanks Kit.
