very good..i used turkey,green enchilada sauce,granulated garlic and just a little rotel in the mix and on top...very good with refried beans and spainish rice

You're right about this being easy, delicious, and kid-pleasing! Our whole family loved them! The only thing I changed was to leave out the green onions and to use low-fat and fat-free ingredients! So good!
