Very good! Was lazy and places small amount of chocolate on sil pat and then placed the dried filling patty and spooned chocolate on top, mint patties that look like oreos! Still yummy no matter how they look!

Mmmmmmm! These were fantastic! I really hate the pickiness of dipping cookies in chocolate so I cheated! I brushed one side of the patties with the chocolate, allowed them to harden in fridge, flipped them over and painted the other side!It was a breeze! Thanks for such a different yummy treat. If only I could stop eating them...

This recipe was just perfect. It made a wonderful christmas gift. I would suggest to not even flatten out the candies and just leave them as balls. It works out either way.

these are the best! way better than York. my family loves them. we always end up making a double batch. there was a problem with the amount of powdered sugar, though. i have always had to double the amount, otherwise it is way too runny, more like icing. i think the mistake may have been made by thinking the amount of powdered sugar in a bag was one lb, when it is actually two.
