I make a batch of this when cranberrires are in season, and it is nice to be able to have it on hand during the summer, to go with grilled meats.

SERVES 20 , 10 half-pints (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In large saucepan, stir together all ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, for 20 minutes or until thickened.
  2. 2
Pour into hot, sterilized half-pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace; seal and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes; store in cool, dark, dry place.

We love this! I made this to bring to my Grandmother's house for Thanksgiving and we already polished off one of the pints in one day! I will probably have to make another batch before then! It was delicious served with grilled pork chops and I think it would go well with ham too. I will definately try to keep some around for days when I want to spice up dinner! Thanks Mikekey I am sure this will make a regular presence at our Thanksgiving table.
