This so verstile and easy! Use any combination so desired, for the nectars or/& the yogurts.

Ingredients

  • cups low-fat blueberry yogurt or raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • cups peach nectar or pear juice
  • 4 ripe banana
  • Directions

      Mix all ingredients in a blender and then serve.
