A lovely tasting casserole of pork and cider!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion.
  2. 2
    Put the onion in the bottom of a large casserole.
  3. 3
    Put the chops on the top.
  4. 4
    Peel the apple, discarding the seeds and core.
  5. 5
    Slice the apple and spread over the chops.
  6. 6
    Add the cider.
  7. 7
    Put the lid on the casserole.
  8. 8
    Cook for two hours at 150°F, 300°F, Gas mark 2.
  9. 9
    Serve with rice and salad or potatoes and green vegetable.
