Great soup.I don't like red pepper, but put jicama in it - yum. I added kidney beans (add the points) for some protein the second time I made it - good stuff. Thanks for sharing!

I made this soup for lunch today and I loved it! The only change I made was to add parsley instead of cilantro, because I don't care for cilantro.

Yummy and a wonderful way to get some veggies. I skipped the flour and found I liked the soup better without the sour cream. A little cheese on top would be fantastic, so would adding some cooked chicken. Would suggest homemade chicken stock (always better) and simmering until celery is tender, I left mine a bit too crunchy. Very colorful and smells wonderful when cooking. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Five stars, considering it is only 50 calories! I served it will a little cheese, and it was great. I would recomend simmering the celery along with the onion.
