I made the recipe just as stated except I added some parsley for color. I thought they tasted pretty good but I will spice them up a bit next time.

I used Rice Krispies. 40 minutes and it was ready. I used vegetable oil. Maybe some spices were missing like chili powder or even greek spices :P I'll experiment next time. Maybe season the oil before rolling the potatoes. Thanks Lori Made for Holiday Tag. Edit : this time we used butter, it makes all the difference. And the first time I forgot to crush the rice krispies.

My DH just loved these potatoes! I used olive oil in place of the melted butter, delicious! Will be making again. Thanks, Hazeleyes

These were really easy to make, and even my picky 3 year old tried them and ate more than a bite! I used the cornflake crumbs. The crunchy cornflake coating over the tender potato was very nice, but even with some salt they were rather bland. We will definitely make them again, but I want to do something to punch up the flavor a bit.
