I made this as a gift, so I haven't tasted it, but it smells great and I think it will be appreciated. I added a bit of salt, and also rosemary, thyme, oregano, and white pepper.

I used this to make Italian beef for sandwiches (with pepperoncini) in the crockpot and it worked beautifully! The sesame seeds didn't seem to matter, so next time I will replace with dried onions and parsley, which I think complements the mixture better.

5 stars- I used this dry mix for Easy Really Quick Parmesan-Garlic Chicken (Or Fish) and it worked perfectly. A great blend of flavours and much more economical than buying ready-prepared seasoning envelopes for Italian salad dressing mix.
