Such a refreshing home-made drink that is great for the weekend! I didn't quite have enough lemon juice so I did use an orange and some of that bottled lemon juice to top it up to the full cup required. Once diluted to our tastes, it went down a treat (though my DH took a swig before I had diluted it - his face was precious!).I even put star shaped ice cubes in with it
I really enjoyed making this, it was my first attempt at a beverage recipe, and I am very pleased with the outcome!

Another great recipe posted at Recipezaar. I made two patches of this recipe. One the way it was stated and the other one I added two squeezed limes and I cut up lime added to the mixer.
