Peanut Butter Pinwheel Cookies
The Best Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookies You Will Ever Make!!

These are the best tasting sugar cookies ever - they really are melt in your mouth! They're pretty delicate and crumbly unless you get the recipe just right, so make you don't make them too thin. Also not ideal for cutout cookies unless the dough is really cold, but again, the flavor is amazing. They're sweet enough to eat plain, or sometimes I just use a thin glaze.

as most in my family do not like chocolate this one went over very well. Mixed it up in no time flat, and they were gone almost that fast too...but there were enough left over for the toddlers to be snitching for breakfast...
