Greek Potato Wedges

This is a wonderful side dish. We love it and I fix at least once a week.

Ingredients

  • 6 white irish potato, washed and quartered (do not peel)
  • 1/2-1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • teaspoons Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning
  • medium onion, cut in slices
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Mix: 1/2 cup flour with the Greek seasoning.
    2. 2
      Dip potato wedges in melted margarine.
    3. 3
      Coat with the flour and seasoning mixture.
    4. 4
      Lay potatoes in 9x13-inch pan.
    5. 5
      Put layer of onion slices over potatoes.
    6. 6
      Sprinkle some of the Greek Seasoning over onions.
    7. 7
      Put in 400° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Very easy to prepare! The only change I will make in the future will be to add in some salt.
