This was ok, but there are many tastier sweet chicken dishes. This just tastes sweet and watery without any contrasting flavours. It is edible and not that bad if you want to give it a go due to the other reviews. But I dont think I will make it again. Sauce tastes much better if you thicken it up. It really tastes like cooked chicken dipped into coke, maybe it would be better using more bbq sauce and less pepsi.

Definately a good taste tester. Also is good without the margarine. OR, substitue the pepsi with coke (for the brand pickyness people),

The diet version of this recipe calls for diet coke or diet pepsi and 1 cup of catsup. No margarine. Remove lid the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow to thicken. I Also add vegetables: onion, zuchinni, green pepper etc. Very good served over rice.
